BetterActs Collective is an Australian not-for-profit incorporated organisation. We build tools and community for the small not-for-profits and charities that everyone else forgot to build for.
We're not researchers. We're not consultants. We're people who've run volunteer programs, hit the admin walls, and decided to do something about it.

Our Story
BetterActs Collective was founded by Feifei Liao, Ujas Patel, and Juliet Wong Min. All active volunteers and not-for-profit operators themselves. They hit the same walls every small not-for-profit hits: too much admin, not enough support, tools built for organisations ten times their size. So they built what they needed. And made it available to everyone else.

BetterActs Collective is incorporated in Melbourne VIC 3053 and recognised by the Australian Taxation Office as a not-for-profit organisation.
The organisation is currently volunteer-run. All three co-founders serve as directors on an unpaid basis.
Funds go directly toward two things: running peer events and community programs for not-for-profit operators, and ongoing development of our volunteer management tool for small organisations. No funds are distributed to members or directors.
